Sales Sheets
Overview
One page for each home, made from the design: its plan to scale with furniture, its bedrooms and areas, and how much sun and outlook it gets, with your name and logo. Download them all as a PDF, or send a link anyone can open.
How to Make One
Select an apartment or mixed-use building in Build, then under its Units, open Sales sheets.
Under Sales sheets, add your name, contact details, colour and logo (PNG or JPEG, up to 280 KB). They're kept with the building. You can add up to three illustrative pictures too, which go first.
- PDF: one A4 page per home: its plan to scale with furniture, north and a scale bar, then its bedrooms, bathrooms, inside and balcony areas, floor, facing, sun and outlook.
- Share by link: saves the scenario, then makes a page anyone with the link can open with no sign-in, to pick a home and download its sheet. It's a snapshot: later changes to the design don't change it, and Turn it off ends it. You need to be signed in. Search engines are asked not to index it.
Apart from any illustrative pictures, which say what they are, only what's in the design and measured is on a sheet: no prices, finishes or car spaces. Have the words at the foot of the sheet checked before selling from it: sales material is covered by the Australian Consumer Law and Victoria's off-the-plan rules, and this isn't legal advice.
Where the Figures Come From
Rooms and areas are the design's. Sun and outlook are measured as in Sun and Outlook for Each Home. The foot of each sheet says what the figures rest on, including how many neighbouring heights are estimated.
