What do the rules allow here, and what's in the way?

In Order

1. Put something on the site. Fill it, or place a building: most rules need a design to measure. Build a Scenario
2. Run the Check. Under Check, choose Run the check. Rules and How They're Checked
3. Read the overlays first. Under Overlay controls, anything marked Check on site, such as flood, bushfire, audit or acquisition, can change the project before design matters. Overlays in the Check
4. See what wasn't checked. What this Check covers lists it, with why. Reading the Results
5. Fix what's marked. Findings say what to change, and which building.

Take it to a planner, and order a title search: a covenant can stop a design that meets every rule here.
