| Meets | Measured, and within the limit |
| Variation | Over a limit a planner can accept with reasons. Not a failure, but it needs justifying |
| Breaks a rule | Over a limit that can't be varied. Change the design |
| Check on site | We couldn't settle it, or it's something to act on, such as a flood or audit overlay |

"Meets every rule we could check" means just that. Read What this Check covers beside it for what wasn't checked, and the overlay lines for what to do next. Overlays in the Check has more.
The Figures
- Estimate: worked from typical values, not from your site's own data. The model's card says so and why.
- Not measured here: that model needs data we don't have for this place.
- Generated plans show what fits, not a design. Edit them, or bring in your own.
- Illustrative pictures are made by AI, and nothing in them is measured.
What to Do With It
Use it to choose between options and to know what to ask early. Before relying on a result, take it to a planner, and order a title search: a covenant can stop a design that meets every rule here.
